Packing, shipping, storage: Monoethanolamine (MEA) is filled up into steel barrels. Monoethanolamine (MEA) transported in covered railway cars and in covered transport facilities by road truck transport, as well as in own or leased railroad tank cars or in road tank cars.
Monoethanolamine (MEA) is stored in the hermetically sealed barrels under shed or at indoor storage area away from heating devices, as well as in the tanks at the open sites under inert gas blanket, within the temperature range from minus 40 up to 50 °C.
Combined storage monoethanolamine (MEA) with severe-service or aggressive products especially together with nitric acid or in presence of chlorine is not allowed.
Guaranteed storage life of monoethanolamine (MEA) of highest and first classes is 1 year, of second and third classes – 3 years from the production date.
